My name is Jessica Sarant. As a passionate mental health professional with a background in both psychology and counselling, I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve meaningful growth and emotional well-being. Rooted in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy, I am committed to creating a supportive and reflective environment where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours while identifying underlying patterns to foster self discovery and significant change.
What sets me apart is my ability to integrate structured, goal-oriented CBT techniques with the deep, introspective insights of Psychodynamic Therapy. This personalised approach allows me to address both immediate challenges and the deeper influences shaping client’s experiences. With a balance of empathy and professionalism, I guide clients in uncovering their strengths, reshaping unhelpful thought patterns, and understanding their emotional landscapes.
I hold a Masters Degree in Mental Health and Wellness Counselling from New York University as well as a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Arizona. I am passionate about continuing to learn and staying up to date with latest advancements to ensure my practice remains both effective and impactful.
